Honda’s Bikes Safer Before March 2019 Ends!
Before the end of the financial year by March, 2019 Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has excelled by making its commuter portfolio safer by developing and installing Combi Brake System (CBS) and Anti-Lock Braking System in some of its major selling 2 wheel products although majority of its two-wheel products have already been equipped with safety standards complying equipment, here are some of its last makes to come up with safety equipment fulfilling the safety standards.
The Honda CB Unicorn 2019 with ABS is priced at 78,815 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and consisting of a single-channel unit. Honda CB Unicorn 2019 is characterized with other upgrades such as tubeless tyres, revised metre console with blue illumination and seal chain for increased convenience and durability, as per the manufacturer. There are no mechanical changes on the 2019 Honda CB Unicorn that draw power from the 149 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with 12.7 bhp and 12.8 Nm of peak torque on offer. The motor is mated with a 5-speed gearbox.
Coming to the CB Shine 2019, the bike now comes equipped with a CBS as standard fitting and is priced at 58,338 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike comes with no cosmetic changes for the New Year and continues to have the 124 cc single-cylinder motor with 10.16 bhp and 10.3 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated with a 4-speed gearbox. By having a safety feature on offer the Honda CB Shine SP has already gone on being expensive.
The primary level segment based CD110 Dream DX 2019 now also comes with CBS and is priced at 50,028 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Besides safety features, the CD Dream 2019 also comes with new silver five-spoke alloy wheels, chrome handlebar and carrier, painted front fender and rear cowl, clear indicators and updated graphics.
